¿Que pasa personas?

Not too sure what to write this week. It's been just a lot of nose down get to work this week.

We've been able to meet with a lot of new investigators and even have some dates set up with them. It's crazy to think how fast time has flown by and I'm already at week 6 in the field. I finally feel like I'm sinking in and getting into the swing of things. Elder B and I are starting to work really smoothly and all of your prayers or something must be working because I'm seeing big improvements in my Spanish every day and it's cool because Heavenly Father is even letting me practice in my dreams now!

Not a whole lot this week, just a lot of hard work and enjoying this adventure that's before me. It has been able to help me really understand what I want from life, how to get it, and am allowing it to change who I am for the better. Loving the people and culture, they crack me up. I have never seen a place with so many motorcycles, but I let them know I can relate because I had a sweet moped my freshman year of college (Thanks, Auntie :)

Love the prayers and support! Hope there is some more exciting stuff next week to let you guys in on. Until then, enjoy some turkey for me and give thanks!

Elder Yocum

P.S.- We did think though that Thanksgiving was this last Thursday and freaked out because it just sprang on us. So out of tradition, (our Latino ZL's were there) we explained how we just had to make ridiculous amounts of food, then sit in a circle and say what we were thankful for. So it worked out, but we're excited to know we can do it again this week. Now we are just more prepared.
