Yeah, its been a crazy week! And not really. The transfers were kinda boring, but at the same time we mixed some things up. I got a new assignment. Well, basically Elder C and I got a new assignment of co-district leaders added on, as we are assistants too. President took out the elders from Libertad and put in hermanas, so now we are in a district of 3 companionships of hermanas. Since we are without elders, we are now the obligated district leaders too. It's been a weird and a funny week. We are terrified. Just kidding, kinda.
I feel like I have a lot of thoughts jumbled up and don't really know how to sum up my week. It was good hearing from Mom and that she has finally ended her 4th year as an early morning seminary teacher. That is a huge thing. She has no idea how many people will be affected by the truths she taught in those early morning hours.
My eye opener of the week. I talked a lot about goal setting with investigators this week. We had some pretty powerful experiences, thanks to those lessons and what the investigators shared with us. Remind me to tell you guys about D.
But, it made me realize how important it is to set and live by the goals I set. I was able to spend a study session for the first time, really thinking about life-time goals that I want and really set some meaningful goals. It helped me to focus on the life style goals that will need to be in place in order to accomplish that goal. It really helped me to realize where my priorities need to be in order to have the life I know God wants for me. I've learned we don't just float through life, drifting where God wants us to drift. He helps us know and see who we CAN become. Then lets us build the path with the promise that He will be there with us and guide us. I am so grateful for that guidance and for that promise. Now, it's just time to go out and get the things I need to get where he wants me to go.
