Leadership Training
This week was a fun week! We did so much stuff haha. It was a lot of late nights this week getting different things ready. Wednesday, we had a meeting with the zone leaders and were able to talk about the importance of bettering our teaching as missionaries, so that people are able to learn and grow from it--and a few other things like inviting or completing invitations. We were also able to talk about the way that leaders help the mission to change and apply the things President Wilson wants applied to the mission.

The next day, we had all the new missionaries come and we gave them a training. There are some sharp ones that have just gotten here, and it was a fun day humbling some as well. Some got here thinking that they knew everything and there wasn't a whole lot that they could improve on. The mission will be a very humbling experience for them, haha.

Then Friday, we had interviews. Zone 1 came and it was so funny because this change President was all upset and said "Ya fue ya, with interviews. They are just going to do a ton of practices that you guys are going to create. You have 3 hours with them."  hahaha So we made a bunch of practices and RAN these guys through 3 hours of pure mission practices. It was so funny! Elder Call and I joked about being the coaches or something of a team, running them through a hard day of practice. It was a lot of fun, we all learned a lot and everyone left happy.  Because it was a success, we will be doing that with EVERY zone now, So now, every day this next week we will being running hard practices, and it will be a great time.

I'll let you guys know how it all goes next week. 10 weeks baby!
